What I do

I run fixed-scope plain-language sprints to rewrite one page or one task flow. My goal is to make public information clear and accessible for everyone. I follow plain-language principles and write with accessibility in mind (WCAG-aware), targeting a Grade 8 reading level.

• Bilingual add-on (EN/FR): add +60% fee and +1 day. One review round total for both languages. Includes a bilingual 2-page mini style guide

Timeline

• Standard sprint: 7 business days from kickoff, once I have the page URL, policy notes, and approvals
• Metrics audit: 3 business days

• One review round is included. Please send one set of consolidated comments
• Revisions cover wording and clarity, not new pages, new policy, or new data

Deliverables
